The Shred Program is based on rep tempo, and an increase in cardiovascular endurance.
During these 3 phases of heightened stimulus, you will experience physical and mental change.
SHRED - 12 Week Program
Phase I: The first phase is based on learning tempo training. These next 4 weeks are very important to let your body adjust to the new stimulus that you are providing.
Phase II: The second phase is based on progression in reps and tempo, constantly providing your body with an increase in the stimulus.
Phase III: The third phase is based on constant blood flow to the muscle. You will notice more intense tempo. This phase focuses on muscular "time under tension".
